IN4148 Diode

The 1N4148 is a small-signal silicon switching diode in a through-hole package measuring 9.22 x 2.24 x 4.14 mm with two axial pins (anode and cathode). It is used for high-speed switching, signal rectification, and clamping, with typical ratings of 100 V peak reverse voltage, 200 mA forward current, and a fast reverse recovery time in the low nanosecond range.
