A general-purpose NPN BJT in a TO-92 package, designed for low-power switching and small signal amplification. Turns ON when the Base is driven HIGH relative to the Emitter, always requires a base resistor. Rated at 100mA collector current and 500mW max dissipation. Available in three gain groups, A, B, and C.
