FLASH-MEMORY
Serial flash module providing non-volatile storage for microcontrollers via SPI/QSPI interface. Exposes VCC, GND, CLK, CS, MOSI, MISO, and optional IO2/IO3 data lines for quad-mode operation. Supports firmware storage, OTA updates, data logging, and configuration management with sector/block erase and execute-in-place capability. Operates at 3.3V with low power consumption and high endurance.
