# GMOD-SERIAL-FLASH — Description

The GMOD-SERIAL-FLASH is a compact SPI NOR flash memory module providing non-volatile external storage for embedded systems. Operating at 3.3V with SPI clock speeds up to 50 MHz, it is ideal for storing firmware, configuration data, logs, fonts, and application assets. With ≥ 20 years data retention and a deep power-down mode (< 10 µA), it is well suited for memory expansion in GLYPH, Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32, STM32, and other SPI-capable microcontroller projects.
